At ALQUEMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment is not the perfect fit or style, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully fold the garments and place them in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact and attached.

  Ship to ALQUEMA

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
